They say that 90% of New Year’s resolutions are abandoned by January 12th. Not sure who came up with that, but it sounds about right. It’s hard to change a habit that has taken hold over several years, especially during the cold month of January.
So why not have another go as Spring arrives? It’s the time of blossoming and growth, after all. Surely a better time to make a change, for personal growth, or to tackle that SMART work objective that will get you noticed.
How do you do that? Ask your unconscious mind to agree to the change and let it do the hard work, then just go with the flow….
